Police Log: Road Rage, a Thrown Rock and a Dangerous Driver

Selected items from the Holliston Police Log for June 6 and 7.

 

Monday, June 6

12:30 a.m.: Police investigated a walk-in complaint of a suspicious man standing in the middle on Concord Street. Police found the man on Old Cart Path and transported him to the Framingham line.

5:59 a.m.: Police responded to an animal incident at Washington Street and Washington Path. A deer had been struck and killed on the eastbound side of Washington Street. Police removed the animal from the road.

7:19 a.m.: Police investigated a complaint of vandalism on Gorwin Drive. The party said that property had been damaged on her back porch overnight.

9:20 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Winter Street. The patient requested an ambulance and was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

11:31 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. The patient was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

1:03 p.m.: Police investigated a car crash on Washington Street.

1:56 p.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Maple Dell Lane. The patient was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:52 p.m.: Police fielded a complaint of road rage on Adams Street. The caller said that a car had passed him on Adams Street, clipping his driver’s side mirror. The other driver then stopped, got out of his car and threatened the caller with a pair of wire cutters.

7:56 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Hopping Brook Road. Police checked on a car that was parked behind a building with three people inside. A small amount of marijuana was confiscated.


Tuesday, June 7

6:46 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Adams Street. The patient was transported to a hospital.

6:47 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Bullard Street. The driver was stopped for speeding and summonsed.

7:16 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street. A driver who routinely passes multiple cars unlawfully was stopped for a marked lanes violation. The driver was summonsed for reckless and unauthorized driving.

4:15 p.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Washington Street. The patient was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:37 p.m.: A caller said that a youth threw a rock at his car on Dorset Road, causing damage.
