Police Log: Man Summonsed for Lewd Behavior
HPD responded to incident after call from Lista International worker.

2:00 a.m.: Patrolman Ken Belson initiated a building check at CVS Pahramacy (101 Central St.). The building was found to be secure.
2:07 a.m.: Patrolman Bryan DiGiorgio initiated a building check at Burke Transmission (1605 Washington St.). Building found to be secure.
2:14 a.m.: Patrolman Bryan DiGiorgio initiated a check at the Marshall St. Soccer Fields. Area found to be secure.
2:47 a.m.: Patrolman Bryan DiGiorgio initiated a check at Fatima Shrine (101 Summer St.). Area found to be secure.
2:49 a.m.: Patrolman Ken Belson initiated a check at the school bus lot on Jeffrey Ave. Area found to be secure.
6:56 a.m.: Patrolman Ken Belson responded to a phone report of a road hazard at 59 Hollis St. The caller reported a large truck parked on the road in a bad spot. The truck was gone on arrival.
7:24 a.m.: Patrolman Ken Belson responded to a phone report of a motor vehicle crash at 40 Central St. A black 2004 Mazda 626 and a grey 2003 Ford Taurus had collided in a minor accident. Nick's Central Garage towed one vehicle from the scene.
8:34 a.m.: Patrolman Scott Downey responded to a 911 call of a road hazard at 363 Ashland St. The caller reported that a truck had lost part of its load. The truck could not be located.
10:28 a.m.: Patrolman John Moore responded to a phone traffic complaint of a landscape truck obstructing the road at 460 Central St.
1:01 p.m.: Patrolmen John Moore and Timothy Heney responded to a call reporting lewd and inappropriate behavior. A worker from Lista International (106 Lowland St.) reported a man sitting in a red 2001 Nissan Pathfinder involved in inappropriate behavior. The driver was summonsed for lewdness and open and gross behavior.
3:41 p.m.: Patrolmen John Moore and David Gatchell followed up on an earlier call at Lista International.
4:49 p.m.: Patrolman Chad Thomspon initiated a motor vehicle stop of a white 1998 Chevrolet Lumina at 389 South St. A citation was issued for speeding.
5:22 p.m.: Patrolman Chad Thomspon responded to a call of a road hazard at 635 Washington St. and 12 Fairlane Way. A crate was in the road and was moved to the side of the road.
5:59 p.m.: Patrolman Todd Hagan initiated an adminstratove function at Holliston Police Department (550 Washington St.). Dedham Police Department picked up a party on an HPD warrant. The warrant was removed from NCIC.
6:13 p.m.: Holliston Police Department received a phone complaint of attempted vandalism. The caller reported that someone had tried to tamper with her vehicle while she was visiting a party on Central St. on Sat. Dec. 4. The Interlock device on her vehicle showed that someone had tried to tamper with it several times between midnight and 4:18 a.m.
11:20 p.m.: Patrolmen Chad Thomspon and Todd Hagan responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance on Concord St. The caller was saying that her boyfriend wouldn't let her leave the house. The caller left the house when officers' arrival.
11:21 p.m.: Patrolman Andrew MacGray served a restraining order to walk-in party at Holliston Police Department (550 Washington St.).
