Police Log: A Warrant Arrest and Liquor Law Violations

The following information was supplied by the Holliston police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 10

11:26 a.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash at Washington Street and Quincy Place.

12:12 p.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash at Central Street and Union Street.

2:30 p.m.: Police investigated a report of two people riding ATVs near Washington Street. A marijuana citation was issued and a trailer was called to picked up the ATVs.

6:53 p.m.: Police investigated a burglary on Highland Street.

7:32 p.m.: Police investigated a robbery on Rolling Meadow Drive.


Thursday, Aug. 11

7:47 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Kathryn Lane. The driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant.


Friday, Aug. 12

2:16 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Norfolk Street. Four youths were summonsed for liquor law violations.

5:12 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Summer Street. A criminal complaint was issued for driving on a suspended or revoked license, driving an uninsured car and driving an unregistered or improperly equipped vehicle.


Saturday, Aug. 13

12:12 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop at Washington Street and Elm Street. The driver was summonsed for driving on a suspended or revoked license and cited for an equipment violation.

1:49 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Bradford Jay Road. The driver was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked license and issued a civil disposition violation for marijuana possession.


Sunday, Aug. 14

12:54 a.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street. The driver caused damage to 154 and 164 Norfolk St. The driver was issued a citation for operating an improperly equipped vehicle and marked lanes violation.

2:23 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Concord Street. The driver was issued a criminal application for driving on a suspended or revoked license.

3:15 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Concord Street. The driver was issued a criminal application for driving on a suspended or revoked license.

5:05 a.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash at Washington Street and Linden Street.

7:59 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on High Street. The driver was summonsed for operating with an expired license.
