Police Log: A Warrant Arrest and Excited Bruins Fans

Selected items from the Holliston Police Log for May 27-30.

 

Friday, May 27

5:15 p.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Prospect Street. The patient was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:47 p.m.: Police investigated a disturbance on Washington Street. A group of kids were yelling and hitting road signs. An officer spoke to parents. The kids were excited about the Bruins victory.


Saturday, May 28

8:35 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. The patient was transported to MetroWest medical center, Framingham.

9:11 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Washington Street. The patient was transported to MetroWest medical Center, Framingham.

11:06 a.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Westfield Drive. The patient was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:57 a.m.: A lost greyhound turned up at Casey’s Public House. Police contacted animal control.

1:18 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop after receiving a report of an erratic driver heading east on Washington Street. The driver was arrested on a straight warrant and sumonsed for driving on a suspended or revoked license.


Sunday, May 29

6:49 a.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop at Church Street and Railroad Street. The driver was cited for speeding and was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to take safety precautions.

The owner was summonsed for failing to insure his vehicle, operation an uninsured vehicle and driving and allowing a person with a susoended or revoked license to operate a motor vehicle.

8:03 a.m.: Police investigated a motor vehicle crash on Woodland Street.

4:56 p.m.: Police responded to a 911 medical emergency on Hemlock Drive. The patient was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.


Monday, May 30

7:53 a.m.: Police investigated a report of vandalism at Locust Street and Washington Street. A car had been hit by a pellet of BB gun.

7:02 p.m.: Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street. The driver was summonsed for driving without a license.
